SafeNetRx is an Iowa-based 501(c)3 established in 2001 as a transparent partnership between the public and non-profit sectors to provide affordable medication access to patients in need. This partnership led to innovations in drug donation, charitable pharmacy, and the care for populations with unique pharmacy needs.
Our mission is to serve vulnerable populations through responsible collection and distribution of donated medicines.
Patients have received donated
medicine and medical supplies from SafeNetRx.
In medicine has been donated for redistribution by donors from nearly all 50 states.
Tons of medication have been redirected for distribution to clinics and pharmacies or environmentally safe disposal.

SafeNetRx is governed by a 13-member Board of Directors. The Board is composed of health and business professionals and includes public and private sector
representatives from large and small health systems, pharmacy, nursing, academia, and finance.
